Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rimp ("Rimp", "we", "us", "our"), provided by Rimp Labs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including any API keys you mint. Keep credentials private — leaked keys can be rotated from your settings.

2. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy for the specifics on what content and conduct are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

3. Generated content

You own the rights to the outputs you generate, subject to the licenses of the underlying provider models (e.g. OpenAI, Replicate, Anthropic). Commercial use is permitted on Pro and Studio plans. Free-tier outputs are non-commercial.

4. Billing and credits

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Credits granted with a subscription expire at the end of the billing cycle, with a one-month rollover cap. Add-on credit packs do not expire for 12 months. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refunds

Unused subscription days are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits (against generation jobs that completed) are non-refundable.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on paid plans (see SLA). Provider outages (OpenAI, Replicate, etc.) are passed through transparently. We are not liable for downstream outages beyond what our SLA defines.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, your generated outputs remain accessible for 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimp's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
